Looking at AP/ML shear forces and the sequence of braking and propulsion highlights how movement strategy, stability, and side-to-side differences show up under real sport demands. Those insights can then be applied to build more targeted training plans and track progress over time in performance and return-to-sport work.

Noraxon Change of Direction Analysis
