Zebris WinSpine - Cervical/Lumbar ROM
The only clinical ROM system that captures both the 3-dimensional ROM and Angular Velocity.
Assessment of the Mobility
of the
Cervical and Lumbar Spinal Column
With special triple markers based on miniature ultrasound transmitters, easy, quick and accurate functional tests can be carried out on the cervical and lumbar spinal column and on the entire torso. During the measurement, the patient performs the associated movements according to their maximum mobility.
In addition to seeing the 3-dimensional movements in real-time, the report displays the maximum mobility – the range of motion (ROM), quality of movement, as well as all coupled movements. The ability of the patient to reproduce movements or movement restrictions can be seen in the coefficient of variability.
In the analysis of lumbar spinal column movements, in addition to the dynamic ROM, the relationship between lateral inclination and pelvic rotation, as well as the coordination between hip and lumbar spine during flexion/extension, can be recorded and documented.
