Sports Medicine Applications
Sports Medicine is an area greatly assisted by Noraxon's technology. Surface
EMG has been used in various sports medicine applications from general performance
enhancement to sports rehabilitation. It can be used with other modalities such
as force transducers and video, which describes motion and its causative forces
to take a multi-dimensional picture of the body's movement and to devise ways
to correct or prevent musculoskeletal problems.
